Service Description

We provide custom engraving services on various materials including [e.g., metal, wood, glass, leather, etc.]. All engraving is performed based on customer-provided text, designs, and/or specifications.

Order Placement

  • Orders must be submitted in writing via our website, email, or in-person forms.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of submitted text, names, dates, and other details.

  • Once confirmed, changes may not be possible due to the personalized nature of the work.

Design Approval

  • We may provide a proof or mockup of your engraving before production.

  • Approval of the proof is binding. Any errors approved in the proof are the customer’s responsibility.

  • If no approval is required or given, the customer waives the right to dispute the design.

Materials

  • Customers may supply their own items for engraving. We are not responsible for any damage to customer-supplied materials.

  • All items must be clean and suitable for engraving. We reserve the right to reject materials at our discretion.

Turnaround Time

  • Standard turnaround is [3-5 business days] after design approval.

  • Rush service may be available at an additional fee.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping services or customer response times.

Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required [before engraving / upon pickup / as agreed].

  • All sales are final due to the custom nature of our services.

Refunds & Returns

  • No refunds or returns on personalized items unless there is an error caused by us.

Intellectual Property

  • By submitting a design, you warrant that you own or have the right to use the content.

  • We may use images of completed projects in our portfolio or social media unless requested otherwise in writing.

Liability

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • In all cases, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the engraving service.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website or made available upon request.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of ALMA, ARNKASA.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the above Terms & Conditions.

General Policy

Due to the personalized nature of engraving services, cancellations are subject to the following terms:

  • Orders may be canceled within [1] hours of placing the order for a full refund, provided engraving work has not started.

  • Once the engraving process has begun, no cancellations or refunds will be accepted.

Custom Orders

  • All custom or personalized orders are final once approved.

  • If you submit a cancellation after design proof approval, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.

Customer-Supplied Items

  • If you cancel after submitting a personal item for engraving, and before engraving has begun, we will return the item, but a handling fee of $[10] may apply.

  • If the engraving has already started on your item, no cancellation is possible, and no compensation will be given.

Deposit & Prepayment

  • Orders that require a deposit or full prepayment are non-refundable once production begins.

  • If the order is canceled before production starts, we may refund the deposit minus design or administrative fees, if applicable.

We reserve the right to cancel an order at our discretion, including:

  • Inappropriate, offensive, or copyrighted content

  • Unsafe or incompatible customer-supplied materials

  • Non-payment or chargeback activity

In such cases, you will be notified, and any eligible refunds will be processed promptly.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for cancellation or delay due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, illness, or equipment failure).

Subscribing Overview

By subscribing to our engraving service, you agree to the following terms regarding subscription cancellations, renewals, and billing.

Subscriptions may include (but are not limited to) recurring shipments of engraved products, exclusive discounts, or ongoing access to engraving services.

Subscription Plans

  • Subscriptions are monthly services.

  • Each billing cycle renews automatically unless canceled in accordance with these terms.

How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription by:

  • Logging into your account at Engraving Locals

  • Emailing us at Sales@engravinglocals.com with a cancellation request

  • Calling (949) 870 - 6442 during business hours

Cancellation must be received at least [15 days] before the final billing date to avoid being charged every month for the next 6 months.

Billing & Refunds

  • Once a Subscription plan has begun, no refunds will be issued for that cycle.

  • You will continue to receive your subscription benefits until the end until the 6 month agreement has been filled.

  • No partial refunds will be issued for mid-cycle cancellations.

Initial Commitment Period

Your plan includes an initial commitment (6 month minimum), cancellations are only allowed after this period ends.

Failed Payments

  • If a payment fails, you will be notified.

  • If payment is not resolved within [45 days], your subscription may be suspended or canceled.

Pause or Modify Subscription

Some subscription plans may allow you to:

  • Change your delivery frequency or product preferences

Please contact us at least [15 days] before your next billing date to make changes.

Our Right to Cancel

We reserve the right to cancel or suspend your subscription at any time for:

  • Inappropriate or offensive custom engraving requests

  • Abuse of subscription benefits

  • Non-payment

We may update these terms at any time. Subscribers will be notified of material changes. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
